Come and enjoy a strength and conditioning workout whether you attend our martial arts class or just want to come alone and get fitter and stronger in general.

These functional workouts will challenge your strength, stamina, flexibility, power, balance and coordination. This is the best workout for body composition. So it is great whether your goals are dropping body fat, putting on lean muscle mass or improving your cardiovascular system.

Our Middlesbrough based strength and conditioning classes run on a weekly basis. They are open to people of all fitness levels.

We run weekly group sessions - Saturday 11am. If you want to progress at a faster rate we can also offer one2one sessions.
