Adults 16+

This is an advanced level class for those with good experience in Muay Thai / Thai Boxing and who are comfortable with the fundamental Thai Boxing techniques.

Sessions are intense, covering intermediate to advanced Muay Thai concepts, drills and sparring. The fitness level and skill level needed for this class is higher than the fundamental class, so this class is invite only.

Once you have proved yourself in the fundamental class, we will invite you to move up to this class once you’re ready.

If you would like to reach a competitive level of Thai Boxing, this is the class to aspire to get to.
