Muay Thai
An ancient martial art that is now the national sport of Thailand. Muay (pronounced Moo-ai) means boxing in Thai, so Muay Thai translates to Thai Boxing.
Sometimes called “the art of eight limbs”; the fighter employs fists, shins, knees and elbows combined with clinch techniques – a form of stand-up grappling.
